The present membership is composed of a diverse group of men from all walks of life who reside in Maplewood and surrounding communities. They are drawn together by the mutual interests of good fellowship and the pleasure of singing good music.

The Club was founded in 1946 as an Auxiliary of Post No.80 of the American Legion.  Through dedication and hard work, the Club soon gained its independence as a private men's glee club. Along our route to recognition, the Township of Maplewood adopted our cause, and in 1964, the Maplewood Community Recreation Service became our sponsor. In 1968, The Maplewood Recreation Department took over as our official sponsor. We are most appreciative of their constant support, including their provision of a weekly rehearsal facility.
